HIGH COURT STAY ON TELANGANA PANDIT UPGRADATION PROCESS BY DIRECTING THAT" Upgrading posts is one
aspect and upgradation of officers working in the existing posts to
upgraded posts is a different aspect and merely because, persons who
were working as Language Pandits cannot automatically be upgraded as
School Assistants ignoring seniors working in Class-II category. Thus,
balance of convenience is in favour of the petitioners.
The respondents are directed not to fill up the posts of School
Assistants (Languages) till recruitment rules are amended."
